Whitworth Falls Hotel

Nice friendly establishment. Comfy beds, good breakfast. Max is an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble. Could do with an upgrade though, breakfast was a little limited for choice, but good quality, otherwise excellent.

Tucked just of the promenade this hidden gem needs to be added to your list of hotels to Visit. Breakfast is truly amazing, the standard of the whole hotel is very high and Max the host could not be more accomodating. Whenever I visit Southport in the future Max will be first person I will call.

The owner Max is very welcoming & very friendly the bed was clean and comfortable and there the good bits end. Room was dirty with cobwebs shower cubicle mouldy and one of the towels had dried blood on it. So we showered at our sons place. Breakfast was well presented but stone cold. £70 per night is way overpriced.
