This B n B is so easy to find off the Edinburgh City bypass from the Hillend turn off, only three minutes away heading into Edinburgh city centre direction.

Kay took us into our room, which wasn't just a room as it had a kitchen, sitting room area with TV, and the ensuite bedroom.
Very nice indeed with a lovely view to the west showing a nice sunset.
A comfortable sleep in quiet surroundings, in the morning we enjoyed a lovely continental breakfast with ample warmed croissants/rolls, ham and a selection of cheese(s), orange juice, fruit, yoghurt, cereals accompanied by coffee and tea, most enjoyable.
On street parking which was ok on the wide main road outside.
