Had dinner here last night, Staff were extremely friendly and attentive from start to finish. Made sure we were always topped up with drinks and the food was amazing! By far the best steak I have ever had in my life. The only downside of the evening was our eyes were bigger than our belly's and we unfortunately had to leave lots behind. Special mention to Rocco who was our server for the evening, charming and polite young man who did an stunning job, well done you mate. 10/10 Experience.

When we arrived at the hotel. There were 4 women at the hotel reception. A skeptical and unprofessional welcome, they were talking among themselves (specifically the young blonde with blue eyes and two wavy strands of hair) about us in English and staring insistently at our passports. They were clearly too stupid to distinguish between us and know who had booked. What a lack of professionalism given the price. On the other hand, the shuttle service offered by the hotel was great. The cleanliness of the rooms was up to par. The only friendly staff member was the woman with brown hair with a piercing and the breakfast staff. The restaurant lamps are so low that we hit our heads on them several times.

The staff in all departments were excellent and professional during our stay. They couldn't do enough for me and my wife. Even down to remembering we were there to attend a wedding and asking how it went and if we needed help booking taxis to the event. Will definitely stay again
