Extremely rude and disrespectful experience I would strongly not recommend staying at the Premium suite apartment in Edinburgh. We were only around 20 minutes late for check-out, and instead of handling the situation professionally, the host spoke to my wife extremely disrespectfully and told her to “leave my house now.” A small check-out delay does not justify speaking to a guest in such an aggressive and humiliating manner. There are professional ways to communicate about a late check-out, especially when the delay is only 20 minutes. The way the host treated my wife was completely unacceptable and left us with a very negative impression of the property. Customer service and basic respect should come before anything else. (Leave my apartment now ) This will remain with me forever

We stayed here for two days ..... apartment is ok but no proper ventilation and the staff was really very very rude ......We requested for just 20 min delay for checkout .....n their response was terrible ....Book wisely

Loved it. Close to trains, and all attractions walking distance. Impeccably appointed apartment. Endless Nespresso and Brita water in 24 hour foyer. Bright white clean sheets; very comfy bed. Complimentary bottle of wine on arrival as booked online. One block away from a Tesco express so I could keep my fridge filled with fruits, vegetables and other healthy foods during my solo work week. Most impressively, though, was when a personal need created a bit of a complication, I was expertly and instantly taken care of. Highly recommend.
