Had a late landing at Edinburgh and couldn't find an accommodation that would satisfy my budget and check in times unfortunately! Owner was quite helpful and welcomed us late! Rooms are very nice...

Very good free Wifi (I got as high as 60 MBit/s when measuring speed). Clean and spacious (room 6). Facilities are quite old fashioned but functional, nothing obvious missing. Good value for money...
