Mercure Livingston

We stayed in a Privilege Room for one night - the room was very clean but the decor was tired. We dined in and the food and drinks that we had were all good. We had breakfast in the morning and the food was fine but replacement of missing items (such as fried eggs) was rather slow. All hotel staff that we met were helpful and friendly especially the waitress and barman who served us at dinner. We would certainly book another stay at this hotel.

Excellent stay at the Mercure. Friendly staff. Comfortable room and good nights sleep. Enjoyed our dinner . Good breakfast . Great value . Within walking distance of the shopping centre.

Perfect for our overnight stay while waiting for a connecting flight. The customer service at the hotel is excellent, makes such a difference! Friendly and welcoming reception staff. And we received really exceptional service from Olivia at the restaurant. Thank you so much!!! Made us feel very comfortable & relaxed!!
