Rooms At 29 Bruce Street

Poor all round. Rooms were not clean and very out of date and tired. Such a disappointment. Would NEVER recommend to anyone. No facilities e.g. no bar, no restaurant and no room service. Certainly won't be back.

Hotel clean and tidy, but could do with being updated. TV wouldn't work, but jade and staff were exceptional and went out of their way to fix things. Breakfast lovely, and jade and staff should receive praise...

Rooms, food, location, everything was perfect. 4 mins to walk from bus station. Had dinner and drinks there and the staff were lovely. A special mention for Jade, she was on reception and helping serve tables. She smiles all the time and nothing is too much trouble. Definitely managerial material. Would return and recommend 100%.
