Travelodge Edinburgh Central Waterloo Place

This hotel is ideally situated close to the railway station. We were pleasantly surprised to find that our room was much better than those usually found in Travelodges. We only stayed one night but found it to be a clean and comfortable place to spend a night.

Wow!! Incredible friendly service from Paulo and Claire! They selected a dream room for my family that even impressed my teenager. We have a view of Princes St and bagpipes serenading us through the windows. A delightful start to our Scotland adventure. This is a modest accommodation overall, but clean and has everything you need. And it's budget friendly, which is nearly impossible to find in Edinburgh. And with the five star service of Paulo and Claire, it's a winner all around.

Claire and Paulo are the absolute best! They helped us with a room snafu and we couldn’t be happier with them and the room’s location. After a very long day of travel, it was delightful to open windows to the sights and sounds of Edinburgh. Highly, highly recommend.
