Barnard House

My friend and I stayed at this lovely place last weekend, the house is beautiful, we stayed in the twin room which was huge, our host Jill was very welcoming, everywhere was spotless and the breakfast was delicious, I would highly recommend a stay here.

Fantastic. Everything you need. Very welcoming friendly hosts. Exceptionally clean. Amazing breakfast. Adorable dog. Definitely recommend.

Barnard House B&B is Excellent. My husband and I have stayed for the last 3 years. First year in the Garden Cottage which was beautiful, and 2024/2025 in the B&B itself. We have been to Great Yarmouth many, many times and can honestly say Barnard House is one of the best B&B's we have stayed in. Jill and Andrew are the loveliest people, and nothing is too much trouble. The rooms are spotlessly clean, and the breakfast is superb. Everything freshly cooked to order, served piping hot with the best ingredients, - (We nicknamed Jill "The Omelette Queen" - and I can thoroughly recommend them!). The antique breakfast table is set with linen napkins, silvered place mats and bone china teacups/saucers. The house is amazing, beautifully furnished with lovely period furniture and antiques. My husband and I buy and sell antiques and collectables, so it is an absolute pleasure to stay in such classic and stunning surroundings. This year we had the most gorgeous sunny weather, but I foolishly burnt my feet! Jill and Andrew were both genuinely concerned and Jill gave me Lavender Oil to sooth the sunburn. So thoughtful and greatly appreciated. We will definitely be booking at Barnard House again next time we visit Gt. Yarmouth, - if there are any vacancies left in this hidden gem!
