Best Western Le Strange Arms

We have been coming here to this hotel twice a year for several years now….our last visit was a bit disappointing….hotel extremely quiet…not the busy hotel it was once….the mariner pub had taken over ..next door….obvs a chain now….sign of the times in 2026…Sadly

We stayed here just over a week ago and had the most amazing time from start to finish. This began at the booking process when I made the mistake of providing the wrong email address. The reception team could not have been more helpful in rectifying this (I must have called 3 times before I even got there!). I don’t know if we are allowed to mention names but I think it was Tracey that helped. Plenty of parking, friendly staff and a wonderful location. And then the room - well that was perfect: spacious, spotlessly clean, and we had just a wonderful time. We had dinner at the Old Mariner Inn and sunset drinks at the bar overlooking the beach (the Dune bar I think). Our breakfast was included and was absolutely fine, not too bad at all. Our first stay in Old Hunstanton sits in our memory bank. Go there if you can!
