Red House Farm

I've stayed in the Owl Barn during the whole of February for the last 3 years. Not only us the price very reasonable, especially as I bring my dog and there's often a big surcharge, but the place is so comfortable, clean, warm, bright and just so lovely. The kitchen has everything you need not just for a short stay, but for entertaining too. The living area is great, the bathroom is really nice (even to wash the dog!). The Master double bedroom is enormous, and I set myself up as my office (the gigabyte internet is amazing). Outside is a small patio and garden, but the dog was allowed to run around on the lawn next to the barb too . Most of all, the couple who run the place are so nice, Lucy couldn't be more helpful, and Eric always helps out if he can, even walking my dog because of my physical health. They are your best friends, and couldn't do more to help you out. My best wishes to Lucy and Eric, and please book and enjoy your stay at this fantastic place

I stayed as a solo traveler for a leisure trip in peak season, June bank holidays 2022 in the Cobb / Cob Cottage on the site. This place was absolutely fantastic value, there was no where even close to it in terms of value for money at such a high standard. The cottage is bright and modern but with a cosy feel, I think it would suit older and younger travellers alike as the bathroom is very accessible. They unexpectedly provided lots of tea/coffee/hot chocolate/biscuits and milk. The WiFi is great, freeview TV had plenty of options. Garden with garden furniture and a huge bed. Even conveniences like a hair straightener head pad. Very impressed. There is a little Egg vending machine outside also for local fresh eggs. 10/10 would recommend and happily stay again. I stayed four days and used as a centre point for visiting places around it like the antiques shops in Diss.

We spent a couple of nights here. Greeted by Lucy on arrival around 8pm. Very friendly and helpful. Lovely large room. Spotlessly clean. Had breakfast outside which was so relaxed and peaceful. Hope to stay there again
