Nia the therapist was fabulous! Relaxing massage and facial - feeling great after it. Lunch choices were good and food was tasty, AnnMarie made sure we felt welcome and had everything we needed.

I booked two rooms on the 25th July 2026. The lighting for one of the rooms would not switch off, and an erratic thumping noise came into the room (perhaps air conditioning system problems). Not what I expected from a Hilton hotel. Staff were unable to fix the lighting issue and came to the room where they commented on the noise. My complaint has now been responded to - with the manager telling me that these issues did not actually arise. At the same time they have added 10,000 points to my Honors account (around £35 off a FUTURE booking) - an indirect admission of sorts, but not quite the same as some kind of refund for the poor quality stay.
