We stayed here for 2 nights,the owners were really friendly, the breakfast was excellent,room was cosy and clean, the location was good,we would definitely stay here again

Location was ideal for easy walking to the town centre, for bars and restaurants. Friendly atmosphere. The rooms had everything you needed not the largest rooms but comfortable. Great value, excellent choices for breakfast if you go hungry it’s your own fault. Very little noise outside quite a quiet road. Ideally located for the north Yorkshire Show. The building was kept really clean. The service from the owners Mark and Jan and the staff was superb. Would definitely recommend.

This is a very well appointed B&B situated in a quiet road but in the heart of Harrogate. It has a small car park and safe on road parking available. The hosts were extremely friendly and went out of their way to make our stay an enjoyable one. The breakfasts were superb. The only negative aspect were the en suite facilities which were rather poky and lacked sufficient hooks to hang towels for a couple, perhaps inevitable in an older property.
