A fantastic 2 nights stay in the ground floor king suit. It was very clean and had everything you needed, the room was very big so plenty of living space, it was nice having a table to sit at for your morning coffee. Ideal location, just a short walk to the centre of the town, The free parking is always a bonus, The keyless entry system was a really good idea. No keys or cards to carry around with you all day. Found the hotel very quiet, No outside noise so a very peaceful stay.

What a little Gem 5 mins walk down the hill to the centre of Harrogate. Easy check in spotlessly clean we stayed in room 4 everything you needed . Kettle toaster microwave cooker fridge dishwasher hairdryer provided tea and coffee and milk all cups glasses cutlery Everything was there that you needed towels shower gels shampoo and hand wash also provided Tv in room also A beautiful property exceptionally clean Free parking around the back which was a bonus. Host was there to answer any questions on the phone eg restaurant recommendations!! If you like Indian would recommend Jinnahs and Bettys tea room is a must also the pinewoods walk to Harlow Carr was gorgeous Would 100% recommend

Rather hard to review the apartment, as we had to cut our stay short as road outside was closed every night from7:00 pm due to roadworks which meant we couldn't get a taxi down or up at night. Due to wife's mobility, she can't walk any distance, which meant we would have been stuck in apartment every night. Not the owner's fault and he was as annoyed as we were
