Beautiful room. Very clean. Great size room and very welcoming staff. Great value for the money. We stayed for our anniversary.

Great hotel, the location was perfect for the town centre, lovely clean room with everything we needed, very modern en -suite bathroom, room had fridge, iron, hairdryer, fan, kettle.. just perfect! Thank you for a lovely stay, we would definitely recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again.

A pleasant stay close to the heart of Harrogate. Bed was comfy. Rooms were a little on the small side (could have done without the huge chair in the middle of it) and en suite was tiny. I really like the windows. It was nice and quiet. I think that the tone of the laminated card in the room could change a little. Lots of warnings about being charged for a 'call-out' if you're too loud or need something (there is nobody on site and you have contact the owner via a telephone in a 'reception' area - they have several properties by the sounds of it). However, it was clean and warm and comfortable and a great price and suited us for a very short stay in Harrogate.
