The Majestic Hotel

I was very disappointed with our room on arrival , outside on a balcony were disused cigarette ends, rubbish etc all of which when you pull your curtains back is not what you’d expect to see, this wasn’t recent you could see it had been there some time . We did get moved but massive confusion between reception. The new room was ok but certainly not that clean and had many many issues

Location was not far from centre walk or even bus if you can Nice grounds Hotel was lovely We stay in room 432, double bed comfy, few mark on carpet , room was clean , shower was powerful, bathroom was clean Shampoo conditioner body wash, body lotion and hand-wash, clean towels , had to report the shower as the water wouldn't go down the drain so we had get load of towels as it flooded the bathroom, it was fine just made sure we waited for water to go down for next person so it didn't flood. We did room service it was £5 quid each time you order room service , water in the fridge is £1.50 each . We didn't use it Kettle and fridge in room. 2 fan in room very dusty so had to dust before we used as it ass flying everywhere Iron and ironing board in room Black out curtain Like that the door had a catch on the door so you didn't have to fully open it. We used it at night, and spy hole Staff was lovely in the hotel We use spa steam room sauna jacuzzi, pool was warm ish , They was a jacuzzi outside but didn't use it , got towels at the spa. The pool was a dirty round the egde But the spa was clean Changing room had hair dryer and straightens But the was hair all over the floor The lockers had key pads some were broken The bar was nice Restaurant at breakfast was nice Buffet breakfast. Pancakes machine chocolate spread Ceral and fruit yogurt Coffee machines Would come again

Had the most amazing time celebrating my friend's 50th birthday. The hotel is wonderful and the staff are so friendly and helpful. Can I say an extra special thank you to Issy, who was the lady who gave me the best back massage and facial I've ever had.
