A surprise Birthday location and we were not disappointed. The hotel is top class and the setting second to none.

We had a fantastic experience at the Luxury Spa. The setting is absolutely beautiful, and the outdoor spa area is stunning, especially on a sunny Sunday afternoon. The food and drinks were superb, and the staff were even better – friendly, welcoming, and attentive throughout our visit. The rooms are modern, fresh, and very comfortable, and the hotel also has a great sports bar, which was a nice bonus. The thing that impressed us the most was the exceptional customer service. I accidentally left an expensive pair of jeans in the wardrobe after we checked out. I emailed the hotel, and they quickly arranged to post them back to me, which was incredibly helpful and much appreciated. We couldn’t fault our stay and will definitely be returning. A wonderful experience from start to finish – highly recommended!

Where to start, beautiful venue,spectacular gardens. That’s where it ends. Rudest receptionist ever encountered, room pleasant but dusty, mirror filthy and toilet backed up and would not flush and stank throughout the whole stay. Construction works, not informed about but apparently that is our fault, filthy dirty Bunkers buts and rubbish, blocked grids and staff bumbling about without a clue. No lager at the bar, asked for a peril spritz, no aperol then eventually appeared with some that tasted nasty, did not drink it. No attention to detail whatsoever. Poor couple in front of us wanted to book massage. Rude receptionist checked said yes and then told him to book online, he was with his disabled wife and said no. Eventually she did it for him but what a chore it was for her. 20 people tops in the hotel but not allowed to use the pool for a quick swim in the morning. Outside”spa??” area jets not working in pool, no cooling aspect which should be for “spa”, all hot, no cold. Restaurant meal lovely, only couple in there but cobwebs everywhere. Breakfast staff disgruntled with each other and it showed. Clattering dishes and even the window cleaner put in an appearance whilst dining. To top it husband had to go on to the construction site to get builders to move their vehicles which had blocked in our beloved S Class Merc which was covered in dust. Manager was supposed to call us….still waiting!
