Clifton Hotel Scarborough

Very close to the open air theatre, little walk down the hill and a few nice cafes for breakfast nearby Lovely staff particularly Luke and Dillon, they were very professional and hard working, great hosts! Would stay here again Room has a sea view Clean room Could do with an update, but overall it was a very pleasant comfortable stay

Got a brilliant last minute deal on the morning of our stay of just £73. I failed to ask for a ground floor room and was politely told that I couldn't use my mobility scooter in the lift as in case of fire the lift would not operate and I would need to be able to get down the stairs. I probably could have requested a ground floor room somewhere during my online booking. Anyway, the ladies on reception soon sorted us a ground floor room. It was spacious with two single beds,a couple of chairs, huge walk-in shower, tea/coffee etc. Lovely clean, crisp bedding and towels. We didn't have a view but was only there to attend a concert. The hotel is ideally placed just 10 mins from the open air theatre. We relaxed in the bar before the concert and had a lovely bar snack. Food and drink prices very reasonable. All staff polite and friendly. We will definitely stay there again.

Me and my daughter stayed here for the concert at the open air theatre. Great hotel friendly staff! Our room was lovely and clean! And the buffet breakfast was really nice all kept hot and fresh. When we come back for a concert again I'll be booking back with this place.
