A fabulous hotel what more can you say exceptional staff and always willing to assist

A well-located, clean, bright hotel with a funky decor, just a 10 minute walk to the waterfront, ferry terminal and the Liver and Cunard buildings. The room was quiet and comfortable with a well thought out bathroom, great shower and fluffy towels. The air con was an added bonus. The only slight niggle was that the bed was a bit too firm. The staff were great - helpful and friendly. The guy on reception checking us in was engaging and welcoming. Breakfast was good with efficient service. A choice of hot or help yourself continental. Maybe consider offering fried bread with the hot breakfast? Rhys the Duty Manager of the restaurant deserves a special mention for his enthusiasm, warmth and customer service skills. This is a good hotel that gets a lot right.
