Burton Villa Guest House

Easy to book. Friendly. Clean. Quiet, Comfortable. Upgraded to back bedroom when I asked. Useful little fridge in bedroom . Close to town & lots of green spaces. Close to CoOp for breakfast & picnic items.

Comfy room, great breakfast, good location, helpful staff. Would recommend.

Conveniently located, good value bed and breakfast within walking distance of the city centre and hospital. Free off road parking was a bonus, unusual in York in our experience. The cooked breakfast was plentiful and tasty. Our bedroom was clean and comfortable.
