Why is it single o,ccupants get the worst rooms, I had room 115, it had a single bed, windows blown back view, not that you could even see that, tiny shower and opening, you can easily break your neck with very high step in/out with no handles, toilet very low and loose, in fact delapidated and certainly not fit for purpose for anyone with mobility issues and/or on the larger side. Very dated and tatty furniture. This room needs major refurbishment.
