I can highly recommend this hotel. The rooms are clean, comfortably furnished, and each has its own bathroom. Breakfast, if you book it, is very delicious and is freshly prepared à la carte every morning. The staff is super helpful and friendly. I received a lot of tips on restaurants, sights, and taxis to explore the area. The whole team welcomes you warmly and cordially, so I would also like to spend my vacation here again next year. It is only a few minutes' walk to both the train station and the city center.

We stayed here for a long weekend. Our room was fine, comfy bed & clean bathroom. Complimentary water and Prosecco in the room. The hotel is in a great location, close to York Minster and 10 minutes walk from train station. The breakfast was lovely

My daughter and I just got back from a lovely weekend in York. We came to view the University so I wanted accommodation which was not too far but also near the city centre. This was perfect. We checked in and even though I booked a basic twin with single beds we were given a family room with a double and a single bed. The room was very clean and looked great. Staff were very helpful and friendly. We didn't book the breakfast so can't comment on that. The only thing that let it down was the shampoo and body wash not replenished, so I had to go and buy some for our 2nd night. Also though we didn't hear much noise we could hear someone snoring loudly from another room on our second night. Overall I would not hesitate to stay again if my daughter gets in to the University here as its clean, safe and a brilliant location for everything.
