Glencoe Hotel

This is not an actual hotel, it is essentially a half way house inhabited by people that do not speak English, and the few that do are on benefits or have recently left jail. Resembles more of a youth hostel than a hotel.

This is the most disgustingly filthy place I have ever been in my life - this is where our homeless people are placed - when immigrants are placed in luxury 5 star hotels - unfortunately I had no alternative- I was placed here by Beverley Borough Council - this place needs a complete overhaul - every part of it is disgusting - NOT up to any normal persons stands - I check out my photos ! This obviously has not had any checks done for years - This I am talking further it was absolute torture

Cancelled our booking stating my card details were invalid. I tried numerous times to call and sent messages asking them to contact me so I could pay over the phone as the booking was urgent. NO REPLY
