Palm Court Hotel

Wonderful stay, rooms were clean and comfortable, staff couldn’t have been more helpful especially Nur he was amazing. Food was delicious, plenty of choice for breakfast and bar/restaurant menu. Location was brilliant, right near the vinicular to the beach and Scarborough spa and right next to the shops. I would like to mention some small points like a little tiny tray for used teabags a nice touch as you never know what to do with the teabags, a fan in each room, box of tissues in each room etc just makes it a bit more special. All in all a fantastic stay.

We had a great family holiday at the Palm Court Hotel and really enjoyed our week-long stay. Both of our rooms were lovely and comfortable. All the staff were friendly and helpful throughout our stay, and the breakfasts and food served in the lounge were delicious. The communal areas were also really comfortable and welcoming, making it a lovely place to relax. We had a great stay and would definitely come back here again when we next visit Scarborough.

We chose this hotel mainly for its central location and car parking -- we chose a cosy room number 26--2nd floor -- lift available -- from the get go staff were very friendly and helpful,,, the hotel is a little dated but very lovely. Food was good we had dinner in hotel lounge -- breakfast amazingly good. bed was comfortable with goose down duvet BUT feather pillows were flat for me-- the room looked onto roof of car park and was floodlit all night so curtains --although thick did not fully block out the light...we felt cared for and thought it all value for money-- just around the corner was the finicula railway right to beach---we would return
