We booked an afternoon tea via groupon. Sevice was lovely and lovely fresh sandwiches, cakes and scones.

Terrible os the only word for thia place, from.the very beginning to the end, staff attitude is rude and unprofessional, rooms were not clean, been charged for even a glass of ice.

The breakfast was good and the restaurant has a good view of the grounds. The room was comfortable as was the bed. There was plenty of parking. The location was very convenient for my meeting in Northampton. The room (515) was comfortable but a bit tired. The shower was not hot, despite waiting for some minutes, so we had to leave without showers. The bathroom was also a bit chilly. Due to the season, the hotel was very quiet and breakfast was limited from 8am to 8:30am. Also the restaurant was closed in the evening so the reception provided us with some recommendations for meals.
