Family room good size and comfortable sofa bed. Pool area looked nice but didn’t get a chance to use. Staff very friendly, especially breakfast team who were so kind to make me a couple of plates for my children to take back to room. Ample car parking.

An exceptional service provided during our wedding. From the moment we arrived until the end of our celebrations, every member of staff was welcoming, professional, and incredibly attentive. Nothing was too much trouble, and everyone went above and beyond to ensure that both we and our guests had a truly memorable day. The attention to detail, organisation, and genuine care shown by the team made all the difference. We received so many compliments from our family and friends about the venue, the food, and the outstanding service, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience.

Me and my other half stayed here on July 17th. I don’t write many reviews, but the staff and facilities were particularly outstanding in our experience. In a country where customer service doesn’t seem to be much of a valued thing anymore, from the reception staff, to the young man at the pool reception, the bar staff and the waiters for the evening food were all so friendly, welcoming and asking if we needed anything. No request was a problem and everyone greeted us with a smile. The restaurant had Alex, Chloe and Brooklyn working there, I commented in person at how happy we were with the service which got me a review card with their names on it. The food was especially delicious, we had chicken strip starters, burgers for dinner and cheesecake to finish. The rooms were clean and spacious with a powerful shower, the pool was clean. For a last minute stay it was a surprisingly lovely visit. If you’re in the area and need somewhere to stay, this is the place to go! Also - great value for the money! Highly recommend.
