We came for Santa Pod weekend. It’s £16,50 in a Harrison’s taxi fyi.. 3 Mins walk to the Tesco & mcds M&S are just across the road! Premier Inns are always a good affordable choice, especially when there’s a linked pub in the car park. Our waiter was called Enki and he was so polite and his service was 10/10 thank you Enki!! :)

As we are older guests, we were requiring ground floor rooms to avoid having to carry heavy bags upstairs, and Emma and Enki were really helpful, courteous and friendly and ensured our request was fulfilled.

We spent 2 nights here, slept well however, this room had clearly not been cleaned. There were dead bugs around the room, dirty mugs left under underneath the bed, receipts from other guests and stains on the towels, bedsheets and shower curtain. Someone had obviously been smoking in this being as the corridor smelt of weed. Due to leaving early mornings and getting back very late at night, we noticed more and more things each day.
