Castle View Bed and Breakfast

Anyone thinking of spending a few days in Northumberland should book a room here. Carmen, the owner, does an outstanding job in welcoming guests and providing wonderful, to-order breakfasts. The B&B is just steps from a bus depot; we took advantage of the frequent buses to Berwick and Newcastle at Carmen's suggestion--great idea. Don't look anywhere else. Book here.

I needed 1 night in Morpeth before catching an early train onwards. I cannot praise this hotel highly enough. The attention to detail in every way is exemplary and I defy anyone to think of something they might need that isn't in your room. The owner couple are delightful and have clearly worked hard to make this place a success. it's clean, comfortable and in a great location. Thank you.

We've just stayed for 4 nights in the Dunstanburgh Suite and had a fantastic visit. The B & B is really clean and welcoming. The room we booked had a separate kitchenette/lounge area which was really useful as I could have an early morning cup of tea/read my book without disturbing my husband! The bathroom was amazing and the rooms really nicely decorated and cared for. Breakfast was plentiful and we hardly needed any lunch on the days we stayed. Can't recommend enough and would not hesitate to return.
