Distinctly average. Where to start? Good location? Yes. Good parking? Yes. Contrary to some feedback I had a great experience with a gentleman on the front desk who was much more positive and useful than prior experiences I've had with a miserable lady. Rooms need more than a refresh. Plugs nowhere near beds. Carpets threadbare. Mattresses are awful I've slept on better floors, they reply here saying it's personal preference but believe me I've stopped here enough, they're all the same. Overdue investment. The food is pricey and not worth the amount on the menu. Had onion rings as an additional side several times and they're always soggy and sweating in oil. Breakfast is fine and does the job. One of the better hotel breakfasts. Tesla supercharger handy nextdoor too. It could be great it just needs some love and the staff need some of that love too.

The hotel looks impressive when you arrive. However, the receptionist (50 something female) like a lot of other reviewers have noted is very cold, to the point she seems just not bothered and rude. Not what you expect as the first point of contact for your customers. The room itself has threadbare carpet, the mattress is tired and the duvet within the cover was so worn and bobbled. The restaurant service was very good though very pricey in comparison to local eateries providing similar service. The breakfast was a bit of let down due to the limited choice and there were no eggs when it came to my turn. Would recommend the management to spend a night at the Premier Inn and then compare themselves.

The hotel is nice, good rooms, breakfast barely sufficient, but the post-trip assistance service is unacceptable; I was charged for breakfast and requested an invoice to leave for the company, it has been 7 days and still no feedback. A colleague of mine, after being told that everything was paid, received a charge on his credit card; he also requested the receipt/invoice without receiving a response. I will not return.
