One of the worst experiences of my life. This hotel is filthy, everywhere is dusty and dirty, layers of dust and grime from every angle. Zero hospitality and zero common sense. I was supposed to stay here for two weeks for medical treatment in the near by hospital but checked out after one night. I had the breakfast at the restaurant, the sausages and bacon were off! I guess reheated from the day before or god knows when! You have to ask for extra toilet roll, coffee pods are not put in the room unless you ask reception and the carpet in the bedroom was so dirty, never seen anything like it! Basic does not mean poor quality, you can do so much better but it shows a lack of interest and passion for the industry. Premier Inn more like Premier Off!

Great. Apparently pillow cases come as an optional extra, that and lighting in the car park sufficient to illuminate the car park signs at night, but hey ho, it's cheap and the parking's free...oh, it's not, and ... it's not!

Adequate room, booked for early admission next day at nearby hospital , but worst evening meal, food and service wise, that I have experienced in any hotel . Steak and chips , peas, tomato and mushroom took an hour to arrive, and were all of inedible quality. Staff unresponsive and unhelpful. Five of the seven draft beers not available, just Guinness and Coors. Other customers complained in my presence that their meals took 90 minutes to arrive, and staff gave no explanation or assistance.
