Location is good, 5 minutes walk from the train station. Check in very easy, enter your information and pick up the key and away you go. The house itself is fairly quiet and the rooms are clean and comfortable. There was a fan set out in the room to help deal with the unusual heat wave. A nice touch. The breakfast is help yourself and has enough choice to satisfy most. We would gladly stay here again.

Accommodation grim! Dirty room and bathroom. Carpet stained. They don't know what a duster is either. If you run out of toilet paper you help yourself from pile in kitchen. Help yourself to Breakfast not great although there was a good selection of teas. Watch the dates on items. Definitely not 4 star. The only good point was location near attractions and train station. Glad we only stayed one night. Host does not stay on site. You phone if there is a problem.

Great location but.......very old, scuffed badly, parking terrible, needs complete modernisation, no staff onsite, road very busy and noisy so not much sleep, would not stay again
