Friendly welcome. Clean and fresh bedroom&bathroom. Easy walk into city centre. I would take ear plugs - the road noise was very loud despite windows being shut. You could also hear snoring, talking, tv from next door.

Stayed on top floor, no lift so 3 flights of stairs were a bit heavy going. Very smelly bathroom couldn't stay in room for too long made us all feel sick. Sewage smell was very strong. Clean bedding and comfortable beds. Friendly staff. Didn't book breakfast beforehand so they were not able to provide any. ??

Lovely family stay. Stayed for two nights. The rooms are beautiful and very clean and comfortable. Great facilities and a warm welcome.
