Fortingall B&B

An absolutely wonderful b&b. The house is beautifully located in a green valley. The furnishings are excellent. Our room also was excellent. Lovely hosts. Unfortunately, closed for business until further notice we understand.

We had a spare day at the end of a trip to Glasgow and decided to get up into the countryside. We were lucky enough to stumble across the Fortingall B&B when we searching online for somewhere to stay. We arrived fairly late in the evening and were warmly welcomed by Graham and shown to a lovely bedroom with a beautiful ensuite bathroom and a glorious view out over the garden. Penny and Graham directed us to the Fortingall Hotel for dinner and to enjoy the local musicians' session in the pub where we spent a lovely evening. Breakfast in the morning was ordered from a menu the night before. Everything we had ordered was very nicely presented and was absolutely delicious. We had the added pleasure of seeing the resident red squirrel just outside the window foraging! We were so sad that we only had one night to spend in such a beautiful part of the country, but it was made that much better by staying at such a welcoming house. We definitely intend to go back as soon as we get the chance.

Just enjoyed a two night stay in this immaculate B and B. Super breakfast provided and a nice touch having a large sitting room to enjoy. Very tranquil. Would recommend for any short vacation and will return in the future.
