booked a spa session for 4 for my daughter’s 30th birthday. Total disappointment. Pool out of order due to filter Couldn’t get cocktails as no ingredients Couldn’t get seat for evening meal till 8.30 waited a further 2 hour to get served Couldn’t get breakfast till 10.15 by that time continental breakfast not restocked nothing left Cooked breakfast items missing from order Absolutely terrible experience. Would not use again. Emailed management on Monday still no response. Avoid

Stayed here from the 1stMay - 4th May 26. Had no problems with the hotel itself apart from being a bit tired. Registered our car in the carpark which the receptionist kindly did for us. After 2wks of us returning home we received a parking ticket for £100. The photograph showed us arriving on Fri 1st May and leaving on the Sat 2nd to take a drive out. Never showed us coming back in the afternoon or leaving for home on the Monday morning. On the 10th July we received another final reminder to pay £140 and threatening court action. PLEASE EVERYONE BE VERY CAREFUL AND MAKE SURE YOU GET CONFIRMATION OF REGISTERING YOUR CAR AS THE HOTEL DOES NOT TAKE ANY RESPONSIBILITY

Very nice reception area , very nice swimming pool and the breakfast was excellent. The man in the breakfast area was very friendly and helpful. The only negative I would say is that the rooms and corridors to the rooms are a bit past their peak and could do with a little bit of a top up . Overall though for the ridiculously sky high prices in Pitlochry I would definitely recommend this hotel as value for money and a pleasant place to stay .
