Overall a pleasant, value for money one night stay at Premier Inn Oswestry. Room was clean, warm and very comfortable. Staff throughout pleasant, polite and efficient. We enjoyed the Meal Deal in "The Social" where the quality of the food for both dinner and breakfast was very good, the only negative, was having to wait 50 minutes between ordering dinner and receiving it!!! We should have been advised of "a backlog in the kitchen" as we were later told. Very pleasant stay and would return.

Excellent customer service from all the staff at Premier Inn, Oswestry. Kind and professional, they made our stay as comfortable as possible and went above and beyond to accommodate us when our circumstances dictated staying for longer. A big kudos to everyone, from the employees at Reception, Restaurant and Housekeeping.
