40% Monday. Will be brief. Staff largely confused, seeming to have little idea about customer service, roles, daily offers. Still no draft bitter! Why? Drinks, VERY expensive. Food, just okay. Definitely not worth the full price. Issues were communicated to staff as feedback to help, but as usual will probably be ignored as they don’t seen to be too bothered. Also, remember, this is a chain, there are no chefs only cooks. We will only ever go when food is discounted. Needs improvement in almost all areas. Decor and surroundings are nice though.

Fantastic Sunday roast, had the sharing platter and was great, can’t wait to go in the week and try the new menu

Amazing place decor is amazing staff are friendly and welcoming nothing is too much trouble. Love the new menu it’s always busy buts that refreshing to see
