Half Moon Jackfield

We recently visited the halfmoon for a family celebration. We had a table of 22 to which we did a pre order for. On arrival everyone was greeted by a member of staff and shown to the table. A member of staff asked if we would like the by folding windows open as it was a lovely evening, to which we said absolutely. The food was promptly served once everyone arrived and I must say it was amazing. Everything was piping hot, no mistakes with the order, everything we asked for we got. Everyone was highly impressed as we know what pressure it can be having a big table like that. We will 100% be returning to the Halfmoon and highly recommend people pay this place a visit.

Food was lovely but service extremely slow . We sat inside but they seemed to prioritise the people eating outside . We had to call them over to order and was told someone will be with you soon - umm that didn’t happen . The staff are young and never smile . We had to call them over 4 times each time they said they’d get someone over it was frustrating however the food was lovely so can’t complain. Maybe they were understaffed? The price of the meals were reasonable . The location was lovely .

We recently held my baby shower at The Half Moon Inn, Jackfield, and I honestly couldn’t recommend it enough! From start to finish, the staff were so friendly, helpful, and accommodating. Nothing was too much trouble, and they made sure everything ran smoothly, allowing us to relax and enjoy the day. We had exclusive use of the beautiful conservatory, with plenty of time beforehand to decorate and get everything set up exactly how we wanted. The food was absolutely lovely, served promptly, and there was a fantastic choice of options for everyone. A huge thank you to everyone at The Half Moon Inn for helping make such a memorable day. We couldn’t have asked for a better venue, and we’ll definitely be back!
