DO NOT STAY HERE It was hotter than the sun and told me couldnt open the windows as there are thousand of gnats outside. The windows were actually locked. Couldnt even get any water to drink as all the water is hot. No cold running water. They take £30 off your card when you get there for "insurance" but after reading other reviews im doubtful I will get that back. I had to leave at 5am as I was sick from dehydration. It was 38 degrees inside the room. I felt like I was suffocating. There is no one available for help with anything from 12am to 6am. Theres a £10 charge just for driving into their car park and there is no alternative parking anywhere near.

Our second time here, we love it here. All the staff are friendly and helpful. All the facilities are excellent. Lovely surroundings. We would love to visit again. Thank you for everything! Mom o& Tony from Japan

Room door opening onto a public area was broken and could not be locked. Safe in the room was unusable. Breakfast was worthless. Parking is NOT free! Reception was little flexible. Only plus was the location.
