Farthings Hotel and Restaurant

Oh my goodness, what a wonderful experience, what lovely people. I am so grateful. We went for dinner, Dad is 92, Mum 85, from the moment we walked in we were made to feel so welcome. They had accommodated my parents mobility issues so it wasn't an issue. The service was incredible. The meal was lovely, the setting amazing. Genuinely so grateful for such a lovely evening

Came across this gem purely by accident. Had a garden room, Chestnut, which certainly did not disappoint. Wonderful gardens and well worth the 15 minute drive off the M5 to get to it. Both dinner and breakfast were excellent and meeting the "natives" in the garden was rather special.

Had a very good meal here with family. Food well cooked but some of the portions were very small. Staff helpful and friendly. Good wine list. Nice ambiance
