Myself, my wife and nephew stayed here as part of a weekend trip to Scotland, initially our booking had been messed up by the booking company and our room was a twin instead of a double, the staff could not have been more helpful they did everything they could and eventually sourced another room even though they were fully booked. They were very helpful giving us tips on where to go nearby and what to see, Lesley the manager and the rest of the team were brilliant. The only thing was the food could have been better, the bacon in the morning was a bit undercooked but the chef took some for us and incinerated it how we like it and it was spot on. The staff I have to say were very polite freindly and couldn’t be more helpful.
