Ramada Encore Barnsley

The room had several faults 1 the shower room smelled like a chip shop as it’s above the kitchen 2 hole in the flooring where it’s moved causing a trip hazard 3 very noisy from road even with windows shut 4plug in sink not working so cannot fill sink

Booked at 8pm due to another hotel letting me down. Staff fab. Ordered sandwiches from bar and they were lovely. Lady who made them even helped me carry them with my drink to my room! Great night's sleep. Very clean. Excellent value. Would stay again. Thank you

Came on a coach trip with my children. Hotel was very clean. Cleaned to a high standard staff were all very friendly. Breakfast was delicious.
