Premier Inn Barnsley Central M1 J37

I stayed for 3 nights. Tuesday night room 2 had no hot water. Day 2 there was a bed big next to my head. I took a photo and showed a member of staff. They switched me to room 104. The next day they had to move me again as there was damp on the ceiling which triggers my asthma. But they put me in room 5 which had even worse damp and a crack on the ceiling. So they moved me to room 6. But both the side lamps weren't working. And one of the overhead lights wasn't working. I told staff but I was to tired to move rooms again. I've been bitten multiple times by bed bugs and have taken several photos of the rooms faults and of the bed bugs itself. Please stay safe if looking to book a room here

Staff always friendly, visible, ready to help. My room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Close to the town centre. Quite and relaxing stay. Would recommend and definitely use again.

Centrally located just a few minutes walk into the town. No parking on site but a very reasonably priced car park opposite the hotel. Slept very well. The room was clean but could do with some maintenance work especially outside the bathroom as the skirting board was loose off the wall. We were welcomed by friendly staff. James in particular was a wonderful host. Certainly made the extra effort. However all the staff work very hard.
