Ringwood Hall Hotel

Had a full day spa package with 2 treatments, treatments were excellent, lunch was good, a lovely day all round.

I am absolutely disgusted with how this hotel has handled my missing necklace. I reported my necklace missing and expected the hotel to take the matter seriously and properly investigate what had happened. Instead, after making enquiries, I have simply been told that they cannot find it. That is apparently where their concern ends. The attitude I have experienced has been incredibly disappointing. This is not just about the value of a piece of jewellery — it is about the complete lack of care, urgency and responsibility shown when a guest reports personal property missing. I have given the hotel every opportunity to deal with this properly, yet I am being left feeling as though I am simply expected to accept that my belongings have disappeared and that nobody is prepared to do anything about it. For a hotel that expects guests to trust them with their belongings, I find this completely unacceptable. I would strongly advise anyone staying here to be extremely careful with their valuables. Based on my experience, if something goes missing, don’t expect the hotel to go out of its way to help you. I have stayed in hotels where customer service actually means something. Unfortunately, this has not been my experience here. The hotel is dated and could do with a refurb, beds are comfy and the bar staff was very helpful and kind, that’s about the only good thing I can say I will never return to ringwood hall!!

We got married here at the end of September and we cannot believe how beautiful the whole day was. From the moment we had our first meeting, the staff were accommodating and so welcoming. Chloe offered lots of planning advice and made me feel like part of the family. The communication was excellent throughout and made the process easy. When it came to our wedding day, Jack was the perfect master of ceremonies and made the whole day go so smoothly! Nothing was ever too much and he was there to help at the drop of a hat! The day was so perfect and the photos we got back speak for themselves. The hotel rooms and grounds are stunning and are absolutely the perfect setting for a wedding. We couldn't be happier with how the day turned out and how amazing thos place is!
