unclean room carpet full of stains only half a toilet roll disabled room what I didn't require with dirty wet room only one plug socket other side of room bed was so uncomfortable and hard tv was a 15" struggled to see and hear ended watching on my phone staff didn't seem to want to know when asked for extra toilet roll area surrounding is industrial so be prepared not much option for food walked to petrol station paid 20 on snacks not what really wanted wouldn't stop again if was free

Nice clean room, comfortable bed and great value for money. Stopped for 1 night while going to a concert at the Utilita Arena.

On arrival, I was given a sheet of paper to fill in, but it was so badly printed that I could not read it! The room was spacious, with a walk in shower, kettle and tea and coffee. However, the wifi did not work for me, and the TV kept cutting out, but the bed was comfortable. In the morning, there was no water from the taps, so I could not use the lovely looking shower; I had to wash with water from the kettle, from the previous evening. I feel that the staff should have been warning guests about the problem, and offering a reduction in the price, but no such empathy was forthcoming. I shall not be returning.
