Shocking, bargain basement hotel. Shocking hotel manager Shocking customer service. Would never stay here again after the past 6 or 7 years, loyal customer Full circumstance explained due to a hospital admission and no compassion was expressed by the hotel manager that would not forward correspondence to the owner of the hotel. Why on earth anybody would trust an establishment such as this? When no customer service is expressed? No compassion is expressed and frankly, they will receive no further custom from this individual. Avoid at all costs, if you can.

Hotel and room very good indeed, lovely accommodation, yes some areas look a bit dated in the corridors, but the room was most excellent, staff brilliant and couldn't be more helpful, clean, tidy, well equipped, cleaner came every day too. Nice pub opposite as well. Would we go back, yes, certainly would. Easy reach to Burton centre, lots of shops and facilities to hand.

Probably the worst hotel I have ever stayed in in the Uk. The customer service is awful. They treated me like I was scum. Do not stay here.
