We stayed here over the weekend of 21st August, it was for my friends 40th birthday, we ended up having a bottomless brunch as we were let down by another place last minute, the stuff were so helpful and so polite and bubbly it made our weekend. The cabin we stayed in was lovely our only pick was that it had steps to get in and my husband is in a wheelchair but we managed

Last minute overnight stay £99, 3 adults, 2 children, we didn’t expect the high standard we experienced. Good location near A38,superb large 2 bed apartment with large kitchen and lounge. Amazing value. The facilities, pool, grounds, play area and crazy golf on our doorstep. We ate supper at the restaurant which was also very good. All the staff were very helpful, just wish we could have stayed a couple more nights.

We were looking for a place to stay for a few days that was quiet and enabled us to do what we wanted at the time we wanted. Wychnor's apartments turned out to be absolutely ideal. This has turned out to be a real find. Agreed it is well off the beaten track but if you are looking for a quiet place to relax, even with families around it fits the bill. The apartment is spacious, well fitted out with everything you could need to cook with. Apartment lacks aircon but there is a fan. The bed was very comfortable and the seating in the lounge equally so. The standard of decor was high and well maintained. We did not use the restaurant but discovered you cannot charge the bar to your room. The swimming pool/gym is easily accessible and has Roman steps to get in the pool, which for elderly grandparents and young children is a must. the changing area is unisex, very continental. Only issue was it was closed at 6pm, I am guessing due to staff shortages.
