Loved it, So grateful staff so helpful. All happy to help. Great room, clean 100%. Shower was amazing. Food was fab.. offers on. Breakfast was good, and staff keeping place running 100% We actually went and got a thankyou card and treats for them all. Was just perfect. Walking distance to town x

No info pack/menu in room. No bottled water in room. Bathroom door wouldn't shut as twisted out of shape. Food in "restaurant " not good at all. Dry, bland food. Breakfast was lukewarm at best. Went for breakfast at 8am one morning & nothing left. Apparently 2 coach loads had been down & annihilated everything! Ridiculous! Room tabs cannot be set up so need cash/card every night. The only saving grace is the location for Kelpies & Falkirk Wheel. Would we recommend? No Would we stay again? No.

Great location, good shops , absolutely loved the lonely broomstick shop if you like Harry potter. Atmosphere was fantastic, staff were very friendly and helpful rooms were very clean and very good,and great value for money. The food was absolutely fantastic. I would definitely recommend it to anyone who wants a trip in Scotland. I would definitely come back here .
