Holiday Inn Ipswich-Orwell hotel.

Whilst the stay at this hotel was acceptable, the rooms are starting to show their age. Stained curtains, chipped furniture, dirty lampshade, and a TV that is clunky and old. There was no power socket on one side of the bed to be able to charge electronics. Staff were efficient and the bed was comfortable.

Good all round, a little old fashioned and basic but great staff, clean, quiet large rooms, comfortable. Breakfast good apart from the tea!!! Should really dock a star for Luke warm water for making tea - need to offer proper pots of provide a boiling hot water machine - had to make a cuppa in my room. Good all round hotel

Another new hotel for me. Check in tonight was great tonight was served by Rebekah who was so friendly. Lovely room certainly the best Holliday inn room I’ve had for a long time. Bar is nice and chilled, Stella is good :) Breakfast was ok could have done with more salad out but it was nice and the breakfast room is comfortable. Only issue I found was the water in the room is undrinkable it stinks of chlorine
