Premier Inn Ipswich North

Stopping at premier inn paper mill lane for my work time here has been amazing the staff are very welcoming and polite, I've been here two weeks now and one more to go, Food is very good and maybe come back with my work again at some point... Thanks for the hospitality

This was probably the worst hotel experience my wife and I have been subjected to. The room smelt of sweaty feet and the bed clothing stank of body odour and worse. The room needed a deep clean and the bedding needed replacing. Had we not arrived at a late hour we would not have contemplated staying in the room, it was unhygienic and unhealthy.

The room decor was very nice. The cleanliness was very well done also,oh and i checked, but it was spotless. Although the room was lovely,it was just waaaayyyyyy too HOT in there🥵...that could potentially make a person staying onsite unwell. No matter how much you tried to turn the temperature down by the instructions given in the room,it stays at 26.6-27 degrees inc at night..its not healthy even with the fan that is provided it doesnt help. This has to be looked into as it lets your stay down..other than that it was nice. Ample parking just place reg details on ipad in reception to alleviate any tickets, and quite easy to find when coming off from the motorway. For persons that do not want to go out and eat the restaurant food was nice. Staff onsite during my stay were polite and friendly, and helpful. Overall a good, solid stay.
