Colston Hall

Outdated room. Milk, coffee and sweetners all out of date. We paid £302 for two nights. Woken by loud tv 3am. Bedding needs an upgrade. Very dissapointing stay. Not luxury as lead to believe by website. No luxury toiletries and biscuits. Felt rushed on departure day as needed room for next arrivals at 12pm. But we were not allowed to arrive till 4pm. Out of date products also mentioned on other reveiws. Would not recommend to family or friends.

A gem of a place. Beautiful location in the Suffolk countryside. Room was very comfortable with lovely attention to detail. Shower was super powerful. Breakfast was freshly cooked to order and delicious. Lovely fresh fruit and juices plus plentiful supplies of toast. We stayed here as we were attending a wedding at Bruisyard Country estate. Very happy with our choice John and Liz were very helpful and ensured we had everything we needed for our stay

Unexpected overnight stay. Owners very helpful and communicative. Room very well planned and comfortable. Tea and coffee in room, tv, proper cotton bedding. Good internet. Spotlessly clean. Instant hot water and excellent shower. Tasty varied breakfast and good coffee. Lovely surroundings. Super countryside haven. Highly recommend - and a big thank you for a relaxing stay.
